Right now your cheapest option seems to be British Airways during June or US Airways during July. Unfortunately both fares are over $1000. Summer is a horrible time to go because of airline prices. I have been to Paris and it is wonderful, especially if you have a special someone with you to share it with. Paris is enchanting! If you go there, make sure to take a walk along the river in the evening, it is beautiful.

If you are in the western part of PA, Northwest airlines often has the least expensive flight from Pittsburgh to Paris (with a connection in Detroit). However, prices really fluctuate, and your best bet is to compare prices by visiting http://www.travelocity.com or another comparable website.
If you are a student, it would be worth your while to check out STA travel, which offers student airfares.
Overall, prices are on the rise, and the sooner you book the better off you will be.
