You need an Icelandic (Schengen) visa. Go to the Icelandic embassy, or contact them. Any EU country, including Norway, can issue a visa valid for Iceland.

Year ago I was flying Hippie Air to Luxembourg and got off the plane for an overnight stay in Reykjavik and all they did was stamp the visa on my passport… unless they have changed the rules, all you need is a passport.
