This would be a question for the Department of Homeland Security. The problem is, they don’t even know how many people work for them much less how many enter the US.
This would be a good idea, imagine how much the coffers would go up for all the illegals. I would not be hesitant to say the number entering and/or passing through would be 750,000,000 per year. This would count citizens returning from abroad.
