I HAVE A GREEN CARD, CAN I TRAVEL BY AIR TO CANADA?

I undergo you requirement a passport, but I can’t administer for digit because you hit to be a U.S. citizen. Post duty doesn’t permit you administer for a characteristic because you hit to be U.S. citizen. So therefore, crapper I movement with my Green bill by AIR to movement to Canada?

Official text from Canada Immigration website:
“persons lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence who are in possession of their alien registration card (Green card) or can provide other evidence of permanent residence;”
You must also present your passport (with Green Card) to Canadian immigration officers. My friend is a Mexican citizen and since July 2009, they are now required to have visas to enter Canada. They can bypass this rule if they have a Green Card. When he enters Canada (or returns to the U.S.) he must present both to immigration officials.

You will need a valid passport from your home country and your green card to travel to Canada. You don’t need a visa.
