Travelling to germany in some days. how crapper i acquire a occupation bill (prefer realistic to physical) to call from germany before i actually go there?

That is a bad idea. Your best bet is a calling card that you buy in Germany at one of the internet cafes and calling shops run by immigrants. Calling from one of the phones you can find in these internet cafes is also the cheapest way to call abroad.
