HOW MANY AMERICANS -DO YOU THINK- WILL TRY TO MAKE SILLY JOKES ON TURKEY TILL THE THANKSGIVING DAY?

Posted on 10. Feb, 2010 by admin in Europe travel

you know, there are heaps of them who conceive they could be queer with word games on Turkey .. and whatever are misreably rustic to locate their jokes in Turkey Travel section.

Do you conceive we’re feat to wager whatever ‘clever’ jokes from Americans for a change?

Or module they be as unarticulate as ever?

It will be quite a lot, as usual.

Seeing clever jokes? Americans? What an oxymoron :) ))

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have anything against the people- I personally know quite alright ones- but their jokes sucks… No offense :)

uh, I’m from America and I’ve never even heard a single joke about Turkey on Thanksgiving. That’s childish if you ask me. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever heard any person ever make any kind of joke about Turkey EVER! lol

where did you get that from???

oh, and it’s kinda harsh to generalize Americans like that…

My friend Brian keeps on calling me a turkey in honor of thanksgiving, its annoying yes, what am I doing in response? not helping him in physics! :) MUHAHAHA!(cruel laugh) And i call him the bigfoot! :) He is just a giant person, like 6’3 and wears like incredibly big shoes. No, they wont change their jokes because the ones that are making these jokes ACTUALLY think they’re funny! Hard to believe, yes? Mostly they make these jokes to pass time because they dont really have an interesting character.. No offense. I just feel sorry for them for thinking they are funny and move on! I also move on because they do it more often if you seem more offended(like a 2nd grader) >:(
PS: Btw its high school that I am talking about, most adult Americans find out that their jokes arent funny by the time they are in their 30s. So I didnt hear that joke from any mature Americans… yet. :)

It’s not just Americans, it’s a total nonsense of English speaking countries. Even in Britain, most of the time when I say something about Turkey, someone ends up making the ‘great’ joke; “I like Turkey on Christmas.” How I fancy carrying a gun at those times!!! :) And only 1 week to go until Thanksgiving. Then it’ll be all over. :)

Their jokes are so good that they always have to show when to laugh on TV.

@ Hanibal: Your “Thanks Americans Living So Far Away Day” is an excellent idea! What should we put on the party menu? Filet américain?

Let’s face it .. this will happen again and again. What we can do about that? Not much .. but .. In my opinion we couldn’t generalize americans , or britons nor english spoken people because those worthless joke’s.

Generalize the people isn’t fair action in my mind. Clearly this is a mistake, a unfair reaction.

Honest I know many decent, trusty, cleaver and warm Anglo – Saxons , other hand I know many Ignorant Idiots too .. I know some Bush voters ( what a m@r@ns ) and democracy & peace defenders from very same nation.
